Hal and Pam Lipsky
Hal Lipsky started Window Replacements of Georgia in May of 2006. After helping several of his friends and neighbors replace their windows, Hal realized a market niche that he was good at. Moreover, it was something that he enjoyed doing and he could build a company from. Having owned a couple of ventures in the past, Hal built a business plan and did extensive market research. He came to the conclusion that this was a good opportunity to pursue.
Hal hung up his coat and tie and started his business. “What makes us unique in the industry is that we offer a wide variety of options to our customers.” Depending upon what the homeowners wants and what their budget is, we can accommodate their needs. Hal works closely with his suppliers and takes every opportunity to learn the latest technologies and products available. He made sure to participate in all educational classes offered by manufacturers and suppliers in all related fields.
Hal truly feels that these training classes not only add credibility to our company but add to our quality of service. Hal says that he has found that the proper installation of a window or door is as vital as the proper product the homeowner chooses. It is important to educate the homeowners on what their options are when choosing the right windows and doors for their homes. We have no hidden agenda to push one particular product line over another.
