Ultrex is the first and only fiberglass finish to be third party verified to AAMA’s 624-10 finish specifications.  The patented Ultrex finish performs so well that, unlike vinyl, offered in dark colors, like Ebony, without fear of increased heat loads, UV degradation or fading.  With a finish that is 3 times thicker than competitive finishes, Ultrex won’t crack, dent, chip or peel. It is paintable and virtually maintenance-free.

Fiberglass has an amazing strength-to-weight ratio, which is one of the reasons why it’s the material of choice for boats*, bridges, guardrails, ladders and hardhats.  It’s highly durable, doesn’t leak or corrode, resists rot and resists expanding and contracting in temperature swings. Double Hung windows feature two window sashes that both open for multiple ventilation options and easy window use.

Awning windows feature window sash attached to the frame by one or more hinges on the top of the frame and swing outward.  

Single Hung windows allows the top window to stay stationary and the bottom is movable for ventilation, providing a window design with a clean, classic style.

Casement windows feature window sashes attached to the frame by one or more hinges on the side and can either swing inward or outward, depending on the desired style, and feature their patented exclusive wash mode.

Marvin windows are factory-applied interior finishes which are ready to install the day they arrive. What separates Marvin factory-applied finishes from other manufacturers, is their unique, proprietary multi-step, integrated conditioning and staining process which begins before a door or window is even assembled. Every single piece of wood receives even coats of conditioning and stain, two coats of clear finish, and is sanded and baked twice in an oven. Therefore, Marvin has more consistent, durable and high-quality finish that brings out the natural beauty, texture, and grain of the wood.

Marvin offers several glass options. We can help you determine which glass is best for the needs of your project. Windows are offered with double strength Low E2 insulated glass with argon as a standard option. A selection of performance and specialty glass options are available to meet performance and code requirements.
