“We had 42 wood windows replaced in our hard coat stucco home. Upon contact, Hal, the owner, made an appointment and came out an measured all of the windows. He was very responsive in providing a quote and the follow up was excellent. His company does not represent any single line of window manufacture, so he was able to offer several window replacement solutions from the various local and well know window brands. He is very knowledgeable of all the window types and brands and took the time to explain the pros and cons for each option as it applied to our application. Once we settled on the plan for replacing the windows he kept us informed all along the way with information about the factory order and window delivery date.

Joe our installer was amazing. He is professional, customer focused and very polite. He was meticulous in the way he installed each window. It had to be perfect or it wouldn’t’ pass his own inspection. I never saw a company that was so conscientious about keeping the job site clean. All of the floors and furniture were protected during the installation process and a thorough clean-up occurred after each window was installed. At the end of each day, all tools and product was stored out of the way for use the next day. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with how the job was handled from start to finish.
